SCAPR Board Meeting was held from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 of March at CPRA office as the main venue. This was the first meeting in Tokyo, following the appointment of Kyoko Kojima, General Manager of International of CPRA as a board member in 2024. The discussions were focused on the works for SCAPR current strategies and the preparation for the General Assembly in May.

Reception was also held on the evening of the first day, and members of the CPRA Executive Committee and its subcommittees welcomed the Board with a warm welcome address by our Chairman, Mr. Fumiyuki Kanai.
At the end, Mr. José Luis Sevillano, Chairman of SCAPR, delivered a word of gratitude. Furthermore, Mr. Jiro Abe (Advisor, FMPJ) and Mr. Kazuo Shiina (Chairman, MPN) were presented with 'Lifetime Achievement Awards' in recognition of their contributions to SCAPR activities to date. This marks the first time in SCAPR's 25-year history to present such an award to individuals.

CPRA is committed to strengthening and expanding its worldwide network through SCAPR. Furthermore, as the first Asian board member, CPRA shall continue to dedicate ourselves to development cooperation across the region.
