CPRA is managed by the Board of Counselors, the
supreme decision-making body for the management of CPRA consisting
of representatives of the three inaugural member organizations,
the Executive Committee consisting of members elected from organizations
which have entrusted the exercise of rights to CPRA, and the Secretariat.
CPRA further has committees as advisory bodies to the Executive
Committee to work on various specialized affairs. The members of
the Executive Committee are elected every two years.
